Thank you for using the products and/or services provided by Easy Link. To protect your legal rights and interests, you should fully read and understand the Easy Link User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before completing the registration process or using the Easy Link website service in any way. By checking, confirming or accepting this Agreement in any other way, or using the Easy Link service in any way, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you have any questions about the content of this Agreement or fail to fully understand it for any reason, please do not proceed to the next step. You can contact Easy Link customer service for consultation so that we can explain and explain it to you. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or any of the terms and conditions therein, you should not proceed to the next step or stop the registration process, and this Agreement will be legally effective between you and Zhiyun Vision.

If you are under the age of 18, please read and understand this Agreement in the presence of your parents or other guardians.

Here we solemnly remind users that before using the Easy Link service, please read and understand the entire content of this agreement carefully. The restrictions, disclaimers or other clauses involving your major rights and interests (such as penalties for breach of contract, dispute jurisdiction, etc.) will be highlighted in bold, red, underlined, etc. to remind you to pay special attention.

Article 1 Definition

1.1 User: refers to a natural person, legal person or unincorporated organization who registers an Easy Link account, logs in, browses the Easy Link website, or purchases and uses Easy Link services. In some cases, it is also called "customer". In this agreement, it is referred to as "you".

1.2 Easy Link website (hereinafter referred to as "Easy Link"): refers to the Internet site developed by Zhiyun Vision and operated in mainland China for carrying and operating Easy Link services, including the Easy Link official website and its subordinate pages.

1.3 Third-party account: a third-party platform account recognized by Easy Link for registering and logging in to an Easy Link account, such as an email address, mobile phone number, and other accounts recognized by Easy Link.

1.4 Laws and regulations: including laws, administrative regulations, departmental regulations and other normative documents promulgated by competent state organs, as well as policies, requirements, decisions or orders issued from time to time.

Article 2 Account Registration and Real-Name Authentication

2.1 Account Registration Qualifications

2.1.1 When registering an Easy Link account, you shall have the necessary and appropriate civil rights and civil capacity. Minors or persons with limited civil capacity do not have the civil capacity required for registration, and the consequences and responsibilities caused by their improper registration behavior shall be borne by themselves or their guardians.

2.1.2 You guarantee that you are not subject to sanctions and are not a party to any other prohibited list or restricted list, including but not limited to any list of economic, trade and financial sanctions or export restrictive measures formulated, managed, implemented or enforced by any international organization, country or region such as the United Nations Security Council, China, otherwise you may not be able to register and use the Easy Link service normally.

2.1.3 You shall ensure that your actions and consequences in entering into and performing this agreement do not violate the laws, regulations and other normative documents of the applicable country or region, including but not limited to the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

2.1.4 After you fill in the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to the Terms of Service, and complete all registration procedures, you can obtain an Easy Link account and become an Easy Link user.

2.2 Account attributes

2.2.1 The account you registered on the Easy Link website is the only service identifier that Easy Link provides you with services. You can obtain the corresponding Easy Link services based on the account. The Easy Link account is limited to your own use. Without the consent of Easy Link, you may not provide the account to others in any way, including but not limited to transfer, gift, lease or borrow. Easy Link does not recognize any private transaction or transfer of the account, and you shall bear the consequences and legal liabilities arising therefrom.

2.2.2 According to laws, regulations, judicial decisions or government orders, if Easy Link needs to assist in completing the change of account usage rights or implement other operations and restrictions on the account, Easy Link shall execute them.

2.3 Real-name authentication

2.3.1 In order to verify the authenticity of your identity and provide you with better services, Easy Link has the right to require you to perform real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. You know and agree that according to the real-name authentication method you choose, Easy Link needs to collect your personal or corporate information, such as name, facial information, ID card or business license, etc., which shall be subject to the page prompts.

2.3.2 During the real-name authentication process, Easy Link needs to pass your information to a third-party authority for verification to confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and valid. Easy Link will take necessary security and technical measures to ensure the security of your information.

2.3.3 Real-name authentication information is the direct and main basis for determining the ownership of the Easy Link account usage rights. In the event of a dispute over the account usage rights, Easy Link has the right to determine the ownership of the account usage rights according to the real-name authentication information. The rights and obligations under the account shall be deemed to belong to the subject of the current real-name authentication information recorded by Easy Link unless there is clear and direct evidence to the contrary.

2.3.4 You must be cautious when performing real-name authentication, pay enough attention and ensure that the authentication subject is consistent with the account user subject, avoid authenticating the account used by the enterprise under your personal name, and do not perform any improper authentication behavior such as authenticating the account used by yourself under the name of others.

2.4 User Information

2.4.1 In order to generate your account and for Easy Link to keep in touch with you, during the registration and real-name authentication process, you should submit real, legal and valid user information, such as your name/name, email address, contact number, etc. Otherwise, you will not be able to successfully complete the account registration or affect your normal use of Easy Link services.

2.4.2 You should update and maintain your user information in a timely manner. If your user information changes, you should update it on the Easy Link website in a timely manner; if you cannot update it yourself, you should notify Easy Link in writing in a timely manner to update it. If Easy Link finds that your information is incorrect, it has the right to require you to update or reset the information, and if necessary, require you to re-authenticate your real name. You should take measures to properly keep your personal or corporate information. If your information is leaked or abused due to your poor storage, you will be solely responsible for the consequences and losses of not being able to use the Easy Link account (failed to register successfully, or the account is frozen or cancelled) or during your use.

2.4.3 We attach great importance to the protection of personal information. For details about the Easy Link privacy protection policy, please refer to the personal privacy section of Article 7 of this Agreement.

Article 3 Account Security

3.1 Account Storage

3.1.1 You set your account and password by yourself, and you should take proper security measures to keep your account and password. You will be solely responsible for all losses and legal liabilities caused by the leakage of your account password or other account information due to poor storage, or you provide your account password to others for use, or your account is stolen.

3.1.2 You need to establish and improve your internal management system to regulate the use and management of your account. If you authorize your employees or others to manage your account for reasons such as your own business needs, you must do a good job of authority control, and complete the handover and take account security protection measures in a timely manner when encountering personnel changes (for example: changing passwords, changing login methods, setting account protection, deleting relevant authorizations, etc.).

3.1.3 You should properly keep the verification channel information of your account's sensitive authority operations, such as your security mobile phone, email, etc., to prevent the relevant information from being leaked, invalid or wrong, which may bring you security risks.

3.2 Account recovery

3.2.1 If you find that someone else has stolen your account or password, or any unauthorized account use occurs, you can protect and recover your account through the self-service method provided by Easy Link; you can also notify Easy Link to assist in handling through effective channels. You understand that in order to protect the user's account security, Easy Link needs to verify your identity first, and you need to provide necessary information (such as user information, situation explanation, certification materials and appeal application, etc.). At the same time, Easy Link has the right to require you to verify your identity through face recognition, provide photos of real-name documents (including photos of holding documents), business license, etc., depending on the situation.

3.2.2 After verifying your identity, Easy Link will handle it in accordance with laws, regulations and Easy Link rules. If the information you provide is defective or you fail to provide the information in time, which makes Easy Link unable to verify your identity, unable to judge your needs or other situations that cannot be handled in time, you shall bear the consequences and responsibilities.

3.2.3 You understand that Easy Link needs a reasonable period to process your request. Easy Link does not bear any responsibility for the losses you have incurred before Easy Link takes measures and the losses caused by reasons that are not attributable to Easy Link after taking measures.

3.2.4 You understand that Easy Link will not intervene in your internal disputes or disputes between you and others. If the dispute over the right to use the account cannot be resolved in a short time, in order to avoid the expansion of losses, Easy Link can take temporary protective measures on the account based on the application of the interested party.

Article 4 Account Use

4.1 You can log in to the Easy Link website in accordance with the Easy Link rules and purchase or use the products and services provided by Easy Link. At the same time, you need to comply with laws, regulations and the Easy Link rules of the products and services purchased or used. If you have any questions about the rules of products and services, you can contact Easy Link customer service at any time.

4.2 Easy Link account is the main way for you to operate and manage the rights and interests under your account, and you need to operate with caution. If you authorize or accept others to perform certain operations and management on your account, you need to bear the impact of the above actions on your account rights and interests and the possible consequences and responsibilities.

4.3 When using Easy Link account, you should uphold the principle of honesty and trustworthiness and follow the duty of reasonable care, and you shall not use Easy Link account to endanger the network ecology, security and transaction order.

4.4 You may open multiple Easy Link accounts, and each Easy Link account can independently carry out activities on the Easy Link website. Under normal circumstances, Easy Link will handle each account behavior separately in accordance with Easy Link rules. However, if you violate this agreement and use Easy Link account, Easy Link has the right to merge you and all Easy Link accounts that you actually control or take account restriction measures. In addition to the accounts that you have declared in advance as controlled by you, the accounts that you actually control also include the accounts that Easy Link determines are actually controlled by you based on the information during the registration, login, and use of different accounts.

Article 5 Account Restrictions

5.1 Your registration and use of the Easy Link website shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, this Agreement and Easy Link rules, and shall not infringe upon national interests, the legitimate rights and interests of others, or endanger network security and trading order.

5.2 In the following circumstances, Easy Link has the right to limit or terminate the provision of some or all products and services to you, and has the right to take restrictive measures on your account, including limiting account functions, freezing operation permissions, restricting logins, etc., and even canceling your account and permanently stopping the provision of services (collectively referred to as "account restriction measures"):

5.2.1 Your system has vulnerabilities that may endanger the security of the platform;

5.2.2 You have violated or may violate the legitimate rights and interests of others. For example, others have evidence to prove that you have infringed, or the preliminary materials provided by others indicate that you may have infringed, but you have not responded or provided sufficient evidence to the contrary;

5.2.3 You have engaged in acts that endanger the network ecology, security and trading order;

5.2.4 You use Easy Link's products and services to implement or help others to implement obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent terrorism, fraud, Trojans, viruses, phishing websites or abet crimes;

5.2.5 There are other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations and Easy Link rules;

5.2.6 Easy Link finds that your account is abnormal;

5.2.7 Required by relevant state agencies or laws and regulations;

5.2.8 Technical, security or business reasons that Easy Link cannot foresee;

5.2.9 Other situations where account restriction measures must be taken to avoid the occurrence and expansion of harm.

5.3 If you have registered multiple accounts, Easy Link has the right to handle your multiple registered accounts in a unified manner and take account restriction measures when you are in the situation stipulated in Article 5.2.

5.4 If you actively apply for account restriction measures on your account based on the need for account security management, Easy Link can evaluate whether to take corresponding disposal measures according to your request, and you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences.

5.5 If your account has not been logged in for a long time, Easy Link has the right to take corresponding account restriction measures on the account based on the fact that the account has not been used.

5.6 Based on the need for active management of Easy Link account security, for accounts that may have security risks (including but not limited to the risk of suspected telecommunications network fraud in the account, and your real identity is suspected of being inconsistent with the identity information reserved by Easy Link), Easy Link has the right to require you to verify your identity by completing information, supplementing materials, and further adopting real-name authentication methods such as face recognition. If you fail to supplement information and cooperate with identity verification as required, or if the identity verification fails, Easy Link has the right to take account restriction measures against you and refuse to provide you with product information.
