Welcome to use Easy Link service!

This agreement is a contract signed for matters related to your use of Easy Link service. Here we solemnly remind users that before using Easy Link service, please read and understand the entire content of this agreement carefully. The restrictions, disclaimers or other clauses involving your major rights and interests (such as penalties for breach of contract, dispute jurisdiction, etc.) will be bolded, marked in red, underlined, etc. to remind you to pay special attention.

If you accept this agreement by checking, clicking to confirm or in other ways, or you use Easy Link service in any way, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement, and this agreement will have legal effect between you and Easy Link.

Article 1 General Terms

1.1 Easy Link service refers to the value-added telecommunications services such as Internet resource collaboration services provided by Easy Link to users, as well as related software services, including components, products and other derivative services that constitute the aforementioned services. The specific services are subject to what Easy Link can actually provide. You can choose to use one or more specific services according to your needs.

1.2 Easy Link is a neutral technical service provider, providing you with various technical products and services in accordance with the contract; your website, application, software, platform and any other products, services and related content, etc., are operated by you and you bear all the responsibilities. Easy Link and you each obtain the necessary operating licenses and qualifications required for your own operation.

1.3 This agreement is the basic agreement for your use of Easy Link services, which is legally binding on Easy Link and you, and both Easy Link and you are obliged to comply.

1.4 If the services you choose to use occur in or involve countries and regions outside mainland China, you must also comply with the applicable local laws and regulations and other legally binding regulations, and comply with the relevant agreements between the two parties.

1.5 Easy Link may provide relevant products/services to users alone, or may provide products/services to users together with or independently of its affiliated companies (such as cloud communication products). In the process of providing services, we may also only provide sales channels, and partners may provide relevant products/services to users alone. At this time, the operator of the product and service will establish a corresponding service relationship with you, sign a specific product service agreement with you, and assume the responsibility for the product and service to you. The content of the agreement shall be based on the content displayed on the service order/activation page. If the service provider has special terms and conditions when providing relevant products or services, you agree to abide by the relevant terms and conditions.

Article 2 Account

2.1 To use the Easy Link service, you should register an Easy Link account. The Easy Link account is the service identifier of Easy Link for you to provide services. Relying on the account, you can obtain the corresponding Easy Link services, including self-service purchase of cloud services, bill inquiry, payment, resource management, and receipt of Easy Link notifications.

2.2 You understand that in order to protect the network ecology and network security and maintain a good order of network transactions, both you and Easy Link are obliged to comply with national laws, regulations, policies and regulations. To this end, Easy Link has the right to formulate corresponding Easy Link rules such as account agreements, network platform rules, service specifications, etc., set up an Easy Link reporting platform to accept complaints and reports, and take corresponding restrictions and disposal measures on accounts that violate laws, regulations, policies and regulations and Easy Link rules. Please read the "Easy Link User Agreement" carefully for details.

Article 3 Service

3.1 Service Activation

3.1.1 You can purchase the required services online through the Easy Link official website according to your own needs; you can also entrust your exclusive account manager or customer service representative to assist you in purchasing the required services. If your order is accepted by the system and it is shown that the order has been successfully placed, it means that the service purchase is successful. Easy Link should provide you with services in accordance with your ordering needs and service rules. If there is another agreement between you and Easy Link, it shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement. Your use of Easy Link services shall comply with laws and regulations. At the same time, you shall also comply with the "Easy Link User Agreement" and "Easy Link Privacy Policy Agreement" issued by Easy Link during the use of Easy Link products and services.

3.1.2 Before using the product/service, you should carefully read and comply with the corresponding product/service description, technical specifications, usage procedures, operation documents, etc. displayed on the official website of Easy Link, and accurately understand the relevant content and possible consequences; during the use of the product/service, you should operate in accordance with the relevant operating instructions. You shall bear the consequences caused by your violation of the relevant operating instructions, and Easy Link shall not bear any responsibility; please grasp the risks and operate with caution.

3.1.3 You must complete the payment in time after submitting the order. If the period displayed on the order page is exceeded, the system will automatically close the order; the relevant services may also be insufficient or have reached the limit during the period when you submit the order for payment due to time restrictions, inventory restrictions or activity quantity restrictions, so that you cannot successfully purchase.

3.1.4 Easy Link has the right to carry out marketing promotion activities. During the marketing promotion period, Easy Link may adopt preferential measures such as price discounts, service upgrades, and gifts, such as "limited time free", "limited time discount", "limited quantity discount", "recharge discount", "free service", etc. You understand that these preferential measures are temporary and phased, or have total quantity restrictions or purchase quantity restrictions, and may only apply to users who meet specific conditions, or have other conditions. Easy Link does not guarantee that all users can participate in the event and obtain preferential rights.

Easy Link has the right to formulate activity rules. Users participating in promotional activities should read and understand the activity rules and obtain and use Easy Link services in accordance with the corresponding rules. Such activities are special offers of Easy Link in addition to the normal service price. You understand that the preferential rights and interests you obtain, including the Easy Link price discounts and service discounts you enjoy outside of marketing promotion activities, cannot be applied at the same time, nor can they be transferred or required to repurchase Easy Link, except as expressly permitted by the activity rules and relevant agreements.

3.1.5 Easy Link may launch free trial services such as public beta and internal beta from time to time. You can obtain and use them through voluntary application and other methods, and abide by this agreement and the relevant agreements of free services. You understand that such free services are usually not long-term or permanent. Easy Link will not make any commitments to the availability and reliability of such services, nor will it bear any responsibility for the results of your use of such services. Easy Link reserves the possibility of making availability and reliability commitments and charging fees for such free services. Before charging service fees, Easy Link will notify you separately.

3.2 Service Fees

3.2.1 You can obtain Easy Link services by paying in advance or paying in arrears, which shall be subject to the payment method supported by the service you purchased.

Pay first, or "prepayment", you need to submit an order and complete the payment before Easy Link provides the corresponding service; pay later, you use the service first and then pay the fee, you need to pay the fee within the payment period determined by the service rules of the service.

3.2.2 Based on your business reputation, you may obtain a "credit limit" from Easy Link, so that you can enjoy the convenience of "postpayment" for some services that require prepayment within the limit. You understand that the credit limit you can obtain from Easy Link depends on Easy Link's assessment of your business reputation, and Easy Link has the right to adjust it.

3.2.3 Whether it is a prepaid service or a postpaid service, if you and Easy Link have other agreements on fee payment, both parties shall give priority to the other agreements. Your subscription of Easy Link services within the credit limit does not affect the execution of the relevant agreements between you and Easy Link on the service fee account period and settlement.

3.2.4 You can check the purchased services, fee payments and arrears through the Easy Link account. To avoid your arrears affecting the continuity of service, Easy Link recommends that you check your bills and arrears notices in a timely manner and pay in time. Easy Link provides you with a variety of payment channels such as online payment and bank transfer. You can choose an appropriate method to pay and be sure to reserve a reasonable time to ensure that the payment is received. If you owe fees, Easy Link has the right to charge you a penalty of 0.05% of the amount of your arrears every day.

3.2.5 To facilitate your operation, you can set "automatic renewal" for some services. Automatic renewal means that when the Easy Link service you purchased expires, if there is enough available balance in your Easy Link account, the system will automatically deduct the fee for the next renewal cycle from your account. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the price of automatic renewal is the price at the time when the system executes the deduction.

3.2.6 In view of the diversity of Easy Link service billing methods, please pay attention to the billing instructions when purchasing services and purchase on demand. Once you purchase certain types of services with certain billing methods, you will still need to pay for them even if you do not actually use them, including but not limited to the following situations:

(1) Package services. This type of service includes one or more service benefits and has a usage period requirement. After the usage period expires, the benefits will be reset to zero.

(2) Services that are billed by duration. After purchasing a service that includes time-based billing, you will receive services within the period and must pay the fees within the period.

(3) Based on rules or agreements. For example, the service rules have stated in advance that no refunds are allowed, or you have promised Easy Link a minimum consumption amount.

If some continuous billing services are no longer what you actually need, Easy Link recommends that you check and close the corresponding services yourself.

3.2.7 You can check your cost consumption status and bills by logging into your Easy Link account or through a pre-specified bill receiving email address. Easy Link will provide you with a bill every month, which will serve as a voucher for the settlement of expenses between the two parties. If you have any objection to the bill, you should submit it to Easy Link within 5 working days after receiving the bill; if you do not raise any objection within the aforementioned period, it will be deemed that you have confirmed the bill. For the bill you object to, you and Easy Link will verify it, and the bill confirmed by both parties after the verification will prevail. During the verification period, you should first pay the amount of the undisputed part. If you do not agree with the verification results, but there is no definite evidence to prove that the billing is incorrect, the settlement fee will be based on the bill provided by Easy Link.

3.2.8 Easy Link will issue you a compliant VAT invoice in strict accordance with national tax regulations.

In the event of sales discounts, sales returns or other situations that require re-invoicing or red-ink invoices in accordance with national tax regulations, you must return the invoices issued by Easy Link or provide the necessary information for issuing red-ink special invoices. The specific policies are as follows:

(1) If the refund occurs in the month when the invoice is issued and you have not yet completed the tax certification and deduction, you can simply return the invoice.

(2) If you have completed the tax certification and deduction for the invoice, or the refund time has exceeded the month when the invoice was issued, you should provide Easy Link with the necessary information for issuing a red-letter invoice, such as the "Information Form for Issuing Red-letter VAT Special Invoice".

(3) If Easy Link has not yet issued an invoice or has issued an invoice but has not yet delivered it to you, you do not need to provide the relevant invoice information.

After completing the above operations, you can apply for a re-invoice according to the actual payment (payable) amount to Easy Link, and both parties will handle the corresponding refund. If the above conditions are not met, the re-invoice and refund cannot be processed, and Easy Link will not bear any responsibility for this.

3.2.9 You should pay the fees to Easy Link in a timely and full manner. When you owe fees, Easy Link may send you reasonable reminders or reminders. If you fail to pay the service fee in full as agreed, Easy Link can not only require you to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract, but also has the right to directly suspend or terminate the corresponding service at any time. Easy Link will send you the necessary notice if it terminates your service.

3.2.10 If you have multiple Easy Link accounts, each Easy Link account is billed independently. You understand that if some of your accounts are in arrears, although Easy Link may provide you with convenience without affecting the services of your accounts that have not yet owed fees, Easy Link always reserves the right to consolidate the fees in all your Easy Link accounts. Easy Link has the right to use the prepaid but unused funds in your account to offset the arrears of your other Easy Link accounts and your other payable fees, and if the funds in all your Easy Link accounts are insufficient to offset your arrears and other payable fees, all your Easy Link accounts will be rejected and terminated.

3.2.11 Your payment of Easy Link service fees by yourself, entrusting others to pay Easy Link service fees, or others paying fees for your Easy Link accounts are all considered as your payment behavior. If you apply for a refund, you must follow Easy Link's refund rules. Easy Link will give priority to returning the funds in the original way according to the refund rules. You understand that in order to fulfill its obligation to prevent and control telecommunications network fraud, Easy Link has the right to temporarily freeze, return or transfer the funds of suspicious sources paid by you to the public security organs for processing. At this time, the affected funds are deemed not to have been paid to Easy Link, and you need to make up the fees separately.

3.2.12 For services sold in the form of annual or monthly packages, the service period is until the subscription period expires; for services sold in the form of resource packages (or package packages), the service period is until the service period of the resource package you subscribed expires or the services in the resource package are used up (
